The hotel provided good prices. the entire staff were incredibly kind. the room was big and I enjoyed the historic, style building. Had cold drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening. Marvellous location close to everything you 'll need in Hoi An, reasonably good staff, everything was very good. We were offered fresh and local breakfast options with other meals up front, Asian food, hot options. Location: the hotel was right by spectacular garden surrounding, and a taxi from Danang airport. Cam Chau district was worth visiting.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from all the main attractions in the old town district, the beach, the Ancient Town, and the ancient market. Their breakfast selection is fantastic, with a variety of fresh food and delicious Asian options available.

Buffet breakfast and good prices. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. Walking distance to the end of the world, where you can have lunch. Our room had a balcony.

Everything was good at this hotel. It is exactly in the middle between the beach and the old city of Hoi An. Nice pool and the staff is very helpfull. They even wanted to give us a breakfast to-go when we left at 5.45! Great service

Staff at first was bit pushy but very nice. The bed was really hard! The humidity in the rooms is a bit high but that's nature, as is the neighbours rooster. You'll wake early! Tv wasn't working. Room 515

Convenient location close to the beach, city center, and shuttle buses to the beach. Free bicycle rental available. 🚲 the place is fairly clean with a wonderful setting.

Friendly stuff, lovely atmosphere, simple but good breakfast! Free transfer to the beach and to city-centre!good proportion between money and quality. Every day in room fresh fruits and water.

The time of transfer was not comfortable - only two times in day.

Hotel and breakfast is ok, the price that we had to pay for a extra bed for a child was to high.

For the price we payed, there are better hotels with more space and a big garden and swimming pool. After the lotus we moved to bamboo village, which we preferred.

The hotel is a beautiful looking and comfortable hotel. It is ideally situated half way between the lovely beach and Hoi An town. You can hire bikes from the Red Dragon restaurant next door for 1$ a day which are great and easy way to get around.

The staff here are pretty good and they also have onsite parking available.

Lovely hotel with good staff and very comfortable rooms. We had an interconnecting room and they were very clean and spacious. Nice setting with separate buildings connected by a central bridge. Small but nice pool area. Great breakfast. Good location - half way between town and the beach, withing walking distance to some good restaurants.

Comfortable and clean rooms in a very pleasant environment; nice buffet breakfast, good mini-van service to the town centre; several restaurants close-by; good laundry service next door - much cheaper than the hotel facility.

Hotel staff were pleasant but not exceptionally friendly; they seem to be under orders from the owners to encourage guests to only use their facilities - information about other restaurants and the range of tours available was not available, so it pays to shop around before booking anything.
